庆祝"嵩山少林寺日"活动在美国洛杉矶少林功夫禅学院举办

【中国嵩山少林寺官网】讯：当地时间2025年3月16日，为庆祝一年一度的美国加州“嵩山少林寺日”，美国洛杉矶少林功夫禅学院（Shaolin Kung Fu Zen Academy）在Country Wood Park，与学院的师生、当地友好人士等一起，举办丰富多彩的庆祝活动，共同庆祝这个以“少林寺”命名的当地的法定节日。

美国洛杉矶少林文化中心的释延续，Rancho Cucamonga少林文化中心的释延翌，美国尔湾少林文化中心的释延清等，也应邀参加了此次庆祝活动。

活动开幕式上，少林功夫禅学院（Shaolin Kung Fu Meditation Academy）负责人释延悦向大家转达了中国嵩山少林寺方丈释永信大和尚对大家的问候与祝福，并介绍了少林寺在海外设立文化中心的宗旨。

他谈到，通过举办“嵩山少林寺日”庆祝活动，能让师生、家长与社区民众积极参与，让大家能更为全面地了解少林寺的禅武医文化，并促进彼此之间的交流与互动，提升团队凝聚力，让少林大家庭充满温暖与和谐。

活动现场，少林功夫禅学院的师生们联合展示了少林拳术、器械等，带领来宾共同体验少林养生功法，并一起参与了许多具有少林元素的游戏等，以各种形式体验少林文化。他们中最小的年仅四岁，最大的年逾七十岁。不同种族、信仰和文化背景的民众一起交流、学习，现场气氛融洽，大家皆心生欢喜。（文、图：美国洛杉矶少林功夫禅学院）

He said that by holding the celebration of "Songshan Shaolin Temple Day", teachers and students, parents and community members can actively participate, so that everyone can have a more comprehensive understanding of the Zen and martial arts culture of Shaolin Temple, and promote exchanges and interactions between each other, enhance team cohesion, and make the Shaolin family full of warmth and harmony.

At the event site, the teachers and students of Shaolin Kung Fu Zen Academy jointly displayed Shaolin boxing techniques, equipment, etc., led the guests to experience Shaolin health exercises, and participated in many games with Shaolin elements, etc., to experience Shaolin culture in various forms. The youngest of them was only four years old and the oldest was over 70 years old. People of different races, beliefs and cultural backgrounds exchanged and learned together, and the atmosphere was harmonious and everyone was happy.
